FIT LIFE THERAPIES is a "Private Pay"/Out-of-Network Physical Therapy Clinic. We elected to go this route as it aligns with our treatment philosophy, and allows us to treat each patient individually, without the constraints/dictation of insurance companies determining what is "covered". We want to provide the best QUALITY of care to each and every patient, and the constraints of insurance companies does not allow us to do so.

This means, you as a patient, are responsible for paying at the time of service. We offer multiple payment methods: cash, check, debit/credit card, FSA/HSA. What this DOESN'T mean, is that we will NOT charge you unreasonable/abnormal fees - and research shows, this will likely save you money over time!

We recommend each patient contact their health insurer, to determine if you have "Out-of-Network" benefits. Many times (depending on your insurer/plan) insurance companies have out-of-network benefits. This means, you will still pay at the time of service, however, we will provide you with a "Superbill" that would allow you to file/submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

According to current rules/regulations, we are unable to see any Medicare patients for "Physical Therapy" services. However, Medicare does not currently cover Functional Dry Needling, Wellness Services, Injury Prevention, and Mobile/Outpatient Home Health - therefore these services we are able to provide at this time!
